SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed and verified within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.

2. Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days

3. Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): FREE Shipping Pan-India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard nominal handling charge applicable at checkout.

4. Order Verification for COD:
To prevent bogus orders, all Cash on Delivery orders may require a quick confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call prior to dispatch.

5. Delayed / Incomplete Addresses:
Please ensure your full delivery address, landmark, and valid phone number are entered correctly during checkout to avoid delivery delays or courier returns.
